OT: Need plans
I once again am going OT to ask for advice, I saw a planter on Victory
Garden last night that I must have.. It was made out of pvc pipe, with
holes in it and a smaller pvc pipe in the center for watering.. they had
impatiens planted in the pipe and it had a "tree" effect, about 3 feet
tall.. can anyone point me where I can get directions to make one of
these planters or is there an annual mailing list I might turn to for
help? I"m going insane surfing the net today trying to find a clue..
