Barb, I've never tried this, but heard it can work . .. how 'bout
reusing laundry water? Maybe not the soapy stuff, but perhaps the rinse
water? Are you restricted on inside water use as well? It would mean
hauling buckets of water, but it might be enough to save your plants
'til the rains come???
