An elementary teacher in Boise taught students to treasure Monarchs by
training them to watch and release Monarchs. She also taught the farmers in
the valley to keep milkweed and not to pull it out as a weed because
Monarchs fed on milkweed.  Do they feed on Asclepias? Margaret L
