Idaho just told them we're not drawing down our dams to sell extra power to
California. A few years ago we held stock in New Mexico power, and after we
bought the stock discovered they had a nuclear generating plant. They
couldn't give away excess energy, and the stock went in the toilet. I've
heard Calif. utilities sold their generating plants and now are having to
pay whatever the generators ask to get power. Duhhhh. Margaret L
