Campanula latifolia is an easy, warm germinator, and unless seed is old,
there is no reason why germination should take anywhere past 1 month.
Normally germination of this species should occur within 3 weeks, at most.

Campanula latifolia is a tricky species - Kristl is right that many times to
normal blue forms will germinate in only a week or two.
But the selected out seed strains like white or pink flowering selections
need a cold period before they will germinate well.
I solve this type of problem by sowing the seeds in a square pot and covering
with plastic and leave at room temp for three weeks-if no germination-into
the fridge for three weeks.
