I was curious as to what species I purchases last year. I remembered
that I still had the marker and checked it and it is the x-mertonensis
(with the red rose blooms) I haven't a clue what I did wrong. it had
wonderful folage, but never bloomed for me. I bought 2 of these plants
and 1 died shortly after planting, and the other one lived all
summer. the folage is no longer there, so do you think it might come
back?
