Hi Nancy,
I will be growing oodles of tomatoes and winter squash. Also several
varieties of peppers, greens, leeks, corn, cabbage, horseradish, garlic,
several herbs, asparagus, cucumbers, pumpkins, gourds, beets, carrots,
etc. It's the asparagus that worries me......they have such long roots
systems.
How thick (bottom of soil to surface of soil) do you make your raised
beds?
