According to this Computerworld article, W. Atlee Burpee & Co. is owned
by Burpee Holding Company.

Does it really matter, though? Considering that Garden.com had some of
the highest prices anywhere, at least people shouldn't have to worry
about Burpee or Walmart.com raising prices.
