Re: Inexpensive (homeowner) type chipper/shredders

Chipper/shredder a real problem if too much rough material.  It is tough
getting the stuff down the shoot.  Always make sure turned off before trying
to clean out shoot.  Leaves are wonderful.  They breeze through but
unfortunately I am a happy trimmer pruner and want to chip all that debris.
Big sticks are fed through side area but you have to be sure things are pushed
through.  Never put your hands in shoots.  Some times we put things through
twice.  If you tried to chop them up too fine one pass you can run into more
problems.  Thank god for my husband because he deals with it.  Our at least
doesn't fall over and is not too big to haul around.  Good luck Chris,
