Wayside Gardens and Park Seeds are owned by the same parent organization.
I would suspect that the difference here is in the size of the plant.  If
you call them, they should be able to tell you what size plant they ship.

The quality of plants from Wayside and Park has always been quite good, but
you are paying for their glossy color pictures, too.  For example, Forest
Farm (Williams, OR) lists 4 cultivars of Oakleaf hydrangea for $8-9 for a 1
gallon pot with a plant that is 6-12" tall.  It pays to shop around.
