RE: Roger Swain is back

I doubt we will get Roger Swain's new show in our market, but I have not
been disappointed with the "new" Victory Garden. I like the host and there
are a few innovative ideas. It will be entertaining to see the host's
property turned into the new Victory Garden. I have come to view TV garden
shows as entertainment with a little usable information thrown in...also I
like watching other people working hard at turning their own little piece of
heaven into something beautiful.
We have our own locally produced TV garden show here and I particularly
like the segments where he is touring local gardens. I have seen friend's
gardens and also gardens I know I will never be invited to visit on this
show. Enjoyable entertainment with some local "how to" stuff appropriate
for our growing conditions. Undoubtedly you folks on the east coast and
especially New England will enjoy Roger Swain's new show for the same
reasons.

For those who miss Roger Swain from the Victory Garden, he is back.

Does anyone have a comment on the new Victory Garden. If you live around
here, you just know it comes from Boston's Back Bay. Maybe it will get
better. The host is trying. If you are old enough to remember the Crockett
shows, you remember an extremely well informed host with an easy manner.
