Rita,

if you want night blooming plants with a lot of fragrance, I have the
following that I love:

brugmansias (you'll have to bring them in for the winter, but they are WELL
worth the effort)
moonflowers (an annual vine, but they will reseed like morning glories --
big white blooms)
oriental lilies (a MUST for any garden!)
evening stock (I got my seed from Shepherd's Seeds -- run by White Flower
Farm)
roses (heck, they smell great anytime!)
phlox paniculata or "garden phlox" (I like 'Frans Schubert' and 'David' --
scent is more intense in the evening)

A short list, but I wouldn't do without any of them.
