Hi Kemberly, I just wondered if you have ever tried Marathon for your mealy
bug problem. It is a systemic you sprinkle on top of the soil and then you
water it in gently to get the product to the root zone. It has made life in
the greenhouse fun again! I haven't seen a mealy bug in over 6 months. Its
not cheap - the smallest size container is $100! 4 of us bought and shared
it. $25 worth will last a long, long time because it only takes 1/2 tsp.per
6" pot.

I've been battling mealy bugs this year "big time"----this is the first time
I've ever seen them in my garden, usually they are confined to the
greenhouse. This year they are covering my verbena's and some of my
brugs----we've been getting so much rain lately that it is pointless to
treat
them because it just washes away.
