This is, indeed, a lovely plant and the blooms last longer than the
species because it doesn't set seed.
I had one...once, it decided it did not like my garden or my face or
something and did not return the next spring. Keep meaning to get
another as it is so lovely, but also keep forgetting; perhaps next
spring my mind will focus better. From discussions about it on
Trillium-L, I don't think it is a vast spreader, so you'd need to
plant several to get a huge display. Can only imagine what that
would be like as have never seen one - would have to be pretty
incredible!
