Re: Slightly off-topic: Tree peonies


I hope someone does reply - my tree peony is bushy & leafy but doesn't
bloom - have tried everything I can think of.  Isn't there a method of
cutting down shrubs called stooling that is supposed to generate new
growth?  Has to be done early in the spring, I think...
