For a red foliaged bush I really like my rosa glauca. It gets midday thru afternoon sun and is quite red. Dark purpley red. It is starting to bloom now with small single pink flowers. The hips are orangish red but they don't seem to be too out of place with the leaves. I know it would look good with yellow and chartreuse foliage. btw, where did you get your yellow hops vine? I used to have a regular one but got rid of it a long time ago. a different colored one might be nice. And I know it is hardy! Ann B.
