Could it be:
Calamondin orange (Citrus mitis) also called Panama orange is a native
of the Philippines is a small tree with flowers about 1/3 inch long and
globe-shaped,slightly flattened  1-inch diameter fruits. I've never
grown it, but I think I may have seen it for sale in pots with fruits on
it -- probably would only do well in a greenhouse around here.  The
Taylor's Encyclopedia says it is hardier than the orange, but not much
grown.
