I have grown Pardancanda from seed.  You will find it in From Seed To Bloom 
by Eileen Powell.
    I have Coreopsis Rosea as well as Alba which grows and looks alike.  Both 
spreads in my garden.  The foliage is very fine but appears differently to me 
than Moonbeam.  It is not a plant I could do without.
