Marilyn,
Does this mean that you shouldn't till when the soil is too dry? If so,
why?
Thanks to everyone for the answers as to when it's too wet to till.
Looks like it will be containers this year. If I can get ahold of some
amendments, may try Marge's suggestion to get started for next year.
