Hi Valerie,
The little "grains" are probably whitefly eggs. Whitefly is harder to get rid
of thean aphids, however, try treating the same. Mix Horticultural oil with
Insecticidal soap, and water. Apply on any day that the humidity and
temperature together is lsess than 130 degrees. Apply 3 days later, then one
week, then again 7-10 days. Should be enough. good luck.
