Dear Duncan,
Is that really legal? Can the authorites force you to remove plants from
your own garden?
That's so sad - Spartium junceum is a fanatastic plant -- -- covered with
yellow pea like flowers for months on bare, pencil thin dark evergreen
branches -- I adore it and showcase it in a large island planting I did in
the Middle of my town.
Everyone asks for it's name.
How's everything else going?
