Re: My Garden Is On The Hit List For Eradication

I just don't understand how they can make you remove it from your yard.  I can
see them being able to ban it from being sold/marketed in the area(not that I
think they should!), but it doesn't seem that it would be legal for them to
tell you that you have to remove it.  I believe they are abusing their
authority and I would challange it!!!!  Also, are they going to all properties
in the area, looking for this???
