    Horse of a different color once more. Going through customs .. at least
to date... is different than importing through postal services.
    I can not speak for all countries, and most have different regulations,
but if you are in England (as I understand it) you may bring 12 plants
through customs with you. They must be cleaned with a toothbrush so that no
trace of soil exists, clearly labeled and declared, but bring plants you
can.Check and see what the regs are for South America.
