Hi All,
Thanks for the ideas on what might have eaten my Campanulas. I find it
strange that nothing else has been touched, except for my Hostas. (I
know what the Hosta problem is - SLUGS !!!)
Despite being out in the country, I've never had a deer problem - why, I
have NO idea. Of course, that could change. What we seem to have the
most of around here is squirrels and chipmunks. Either of which may be
the culprit who ate through our sattelite cable and the wiring for our
low voltage porch lights. #@%*$#%*!!!!
So far I still have stems left. I'll leave them in the ground and see
what happens. Hopefully they'll survive. If not, then I guess no more
Campanulas. Oh well, that's life. :-) :-(
