good luck! I've been battling mint for over 5 years. Pulling it doesn't
get all of it and it's so labor-intensive! Someone suggested "painting"
the leaves with Sevin. It works, but not completely. I just started doing
this last year. It will kill extensively, but just can't kill all of the
plant since it spreads by runners. You'll have to be diligent! I'm hoping
that by applying the Sevin I can be mint-free in a couple of years. Mint
has the nasty habit of coming up right in the middle of what you don't want
it to and it can go unnoticed until too late.
