I too have much mint. don't know how to get rid of it so I live with it. I
cut it and make bouquets and put then in the house in vases and of course
not only is it a nice fragrance, but it looks nice. When it starts to wilt
I toss it on my compost pile (before it goes to seed) and get some more.
Just an idea, until you get a better idea on how to get rid of it.
