Re: Acquiring/Planting Bur Oaks


I got burr oal, white oak and swamp oak from the Grant county conservation
department in the spring when they have their bi sale...you have to buy the
package of trees hich is 18 I think...but the price was resasonable and the
ones that I planted last year are al doing well here in SW
wisconsin...sorry if my email sounded 'snooty'...didn't mean for it
to...dont know if Dane co. conservation does the tree sdale in the spring
but i can give you Grant Co number if you want to go through
