Hello, I’m new to this forum and hope that these types of questions are appropriate for this discussion list.
Does anyone have any experience with the control of Bromus japonicus/ unioloides? Or know of any authors/publications that have dealt with control of either one of these species? I do not have the option of controlled burns.
I’ve found an nice resource on the web from the Nature Conservancy (http://tncweeds.ucdavis.edu/esadocs/documnts/bromtec.html ) but it is only on B. tectorum. I do not want to make any broad assumptions on the biology or control of B. japonicus or unioloides although they are in the same genus.
Thank you, HWI
