Ad,
Sometimes the pumpkins rot, actually abort, because pollination didn't
take place properly. If they are soccerball size, just keep pollinating and
one will set. If they are big and rotting, use a fungicide containing Daconil
(Chlorothalonil)....it is the best for most pumpkin diseases. Calcium Nitrate
can also be used as a fertilizer. The calcium helps with disease. Blossom end
rot is caused by calcium deficiencies.
