 OK, What a hassel this is. Frist off, my record page has nothing to do
 with GPC OR WPC rules. Most of these pumpkins are weighed at these WPC
 or GPC sites and some are not.  The GPC or WPC  don't even keep a by
 state by state record page so I created one.  I can understand why now. 
 My full intention is to add Mr. Mills on the record page, but when he
 sent me private email he had an Virgina address. What am I supose to
 think....? Most people grow their pumpkin in the  same State. Now Wash
 DC is different. I will add it to stop this hassel as I have mentioned
 to my resent post to Mr. Mills when he clairified things.  I also need
 to revise the NB  for Canada and  for IL. I will work on it on Monday. 
 My page is not supported by GPC OR WPC or any other club.  I have pay
 for membership to these clubs and so I can read their newsletters and 
 revise the record page if required. ....I created this page for fun. 
 Boy this is sure allot of fun for me. NOT!

I could supply you any info you need about the GPC in New England which is the
NEPGA sight at Topsfield, MA.
