I also have the borer. They develop a immunity towards the Isotox, so I
alternate I use Cygon 2e and Isotox and seems to work, still get the odd
hole but they die in the vine. Now for the important part neither one of
these insecticides are cleared for pumpkins so make sure no one eats the
pumpkin or the seeds and I don't even like people touching it, and if you
carve it up for halloween make sure you wash your hands. These chemicals are
pretty potent, need to be extra careful.
