Re: Side vine theory
john,
I just had one of my pumpkins stop growing, it was about softball size. I
cut the side vine when i thought it was set, it grew the next two days to
softball size, now it hasn't grown in the last 3 days!?! i am wondering what
is going on. Is it because i cut the side vine? i know the pumpkin has
stopped growing for good. It is starting to wrinkle and turn white.
That is a very interesting hypothesis. It is making me contemplate on what i
should do.
