Alan,
500-600 is not too bad for the Florida area. I recently sold my farm in which
I conducted all my "mad crosses". I hope to have my new location up and
running next year. This year I'm just advancing a couple "lines" I've been
working on for a few years. Will probably also be around the 500lb range.
I'm growing them in the dog's pen...we have an agreement ;) Good to hear from
