Well everyone, I hope I'm not the only one who does allow internet access
at home. My 16 daughter just spent a couple of weeks researching a report on
civil rights for school , my 11 yr. old son was on the other day checking
Nascar standings, my wife emails her sister in another state, and I check on
the pumpkin world, and a few other things.
I agree there's a lot of crap, but with parental controls for the kids,
and a little self control, I believe it can be a positive place to spend a
little time.
There's a lot of crap, even in the supermarket checkout. I don't buy it there
either.
We have a great family environment here ,even with the net.
I don't feel it interferes with my responsibilties to the family whatsoever.
