Give the seed some time. I keep hearing people upset that there seed is
not growing.
Your temperature and humidity will depend on how fast your seed will
grow.
For example- If my greenhouse, during the night, is set for 75 degrees,
and during the day the sun comes out all day, the seed will pop in about
12 -15 days. If the night temperature is the same but the clouds are
over Cape Cod, the seed will take longer.
This is only my opinion.

Your area for seed, to grow, temp depends on how fast it will grow.
