They go in the flowers and eat the pollen. I always cut off the flowers and
dunbk them in Rotenone/Sevin solution, and make sure they don't crawl out. You
can also just tie some flowers shut if you need them for pollination. If you
dust into the flowers, it could kill bees and other beneficial insects, so
that might not be good.
