Excitment is building in this small town about the upcoming
weigh-off of monster pumpkins to be held this Sunday, Sept 15
at 1 pm. Misfit pumpkins from as far away as San Jose have
signed up for this one of a kind event.
Scorned at other weigh-off events as "DQ" or "Exibition",
misfit pumpkins finally have a place where their full weight is
officially recognised and rewarded. Every pumpkin entered wins
a prize.
The prize schedule is as follows:
1st place: One beer
2nd place: Two beers
3rd place: Three beers
and so on.

My misfit monster, Geneva Electric, (922 Emmons) is still
slowly putting on the pork and will take on all comers....
