Re: nostalgia is overrated

I received a free copy of the Weedpatch Gazette a while back. It is, indeed,
very localized, but a fairly decent newsletter. At least there is a few people
left in the publishing world with a sense of humor. I think the newsletter is
worth a read. I already subscribe to too many magazines, so I passed on
subscribing.
Also they wanted me to contribute an article I had written and they liked for
publication. Wanted me to purchase advertising space, to subscribe... but wanted
the article for free. That part was not particularly professional and a bit
insulting to any resemblance of intelligence I may have remaining.
