Jennifer, when I saw this comment, it really got my juices going! Where
else except the plant world would a company get away with keeping your
money for a full year without satisfying you? That policy is pretty
convenient for them--lousy for you! You are being way too nice about all
of this. I'd consider it time to raise a ruckus. You want a refund. You
should get a refund. Sounds like you won't get a refund unless you do a
little footstomping and make them decide that the only way to get out of
having to deal with your complaints is to give you that refund. Sometimes
you have to get tough! A policy is just a policy. Exceptions can be
made. A policy is NOT a law! Of course I wouldn't dream of telling you
what to do, but this is one of my pet peeves. Remember, it's the squeaky
wheel that gets the grease.
