Replace, Refund ?
Then there are the companies that do give a refund, but it's not
money, it's a little slip of paper that you can send in next time you
order. I have a special drawer that I keep them in, and some I've
had for 15 years or more. To use one, you have to order enough to
meet the minimums and make it worth the cost of packing, postage,
and, in my case, phytosanitary certificates and other import costs.
That doesn't happen every year, unless it's a seed company.
