thanks for the info on the clematis suitable for shade.   I'm gonna keep
you post until time to buy again.   I have a perfect spot for one.  I
have wanted to put a clematis there for years,  but everyone said it
wouldn't work.   at ground level,  it get sun in the spring,  but as the
sun moves to overhead position  it's gets no sun,  but light, light and
I mean light shade.    I'm gonna try one of the  C. Silver Moon there.
