Good morning Cyan
I have grown Missouri Primrose for years and although it spreads it
doesn't do it that fast. I am not familiar with snow-on the-mountain but
this primrose doesn't spread anything like dill or the mints. Mine has
confined itself to two places and they are about a yard aross and
haven't moved much for three years. I just give starts to people from
around the edge every year and that seems to keep it within this
boundary.
