Re: Bloom season in Canada.

Not quite Harold. We Canucks are in TB season now. Although I. typhifolia and
My Love are in bloom in my garden and one very warped Pleasures of May -- I'm
wondering if that nasty budfly has found its way to my garden. We should be at
peak siberian season in about 10 days.

We're just back from judging the Canadian Iris Society Show -- none of the
siberians made the court of honour. There was a very nice stalk of I.
pseudacorus bastardii. And the Best in Show was Walker Ross - an arilbred.

But between the convention and judging shows, the garden has been neglected.
It's time to battle the weeds.
