Germination

Ken and others- I've found I.sanguinica seems to germinate better(SIGNA seed) with 3-4weeks damp cold-moist peat moist in pill bottle in fridge-then plant.
With my own seeds, I just plant in pots iin fall outdoors and all germinate by spring.
I grow quite a few sangs and the have green spaths. Allthe collected I.sibericas(BArr etc) have purple spathes as does Nelson Blue, Joretta, and Orville Fay has a lovely rose edge- can't recall others and sib season is over here in Northwest VA.
