I have Steve (ordered from Wayside in fact).  It is certainly not one of my
tallest Siberians.  I would say this year it was less than 24 inches (many
were short this year; however).  It is not royal, saturated blue.  The
flower is a light - medium blue.  I thought the flower was pretty and had
good substance; however, I do not recall if it had flat form.
