True, but this is a federal/national issue. CA might have further
restrictions; but I am talking about USDA regulations. Plants carry viruses
- this cannot be washed off. You can check with your local USDA people, but
I don't think you can just bring in a dozen plants - why would 13 be much
more dangerous? Let us know what you find out.
