Re: Kohlrabi
Hi, I grew Kohlrabi a couple of years ago. It's a brassica so treat as such
and harvest small, about the size of a tennis ball. When boiled it tasted a
little like cabbage stalks not surprisingly but I have eaten it after it was
cooked it in garlicbutter and it was fine.
