Charles,
I have to agree with you and your neighbor, broccoli leaves are good
eating. I don't eat collards, so I always compare them to chard leaves. I
don't have a special recipe. I just microwave them with a couple of
tablespoons of water. I always wondered why people throw away the leaves.
