Potatoes

Does anyone else grow potatoes?

This is my first year, and I'm a little concerned about them. I planted them in a raised bed and heaped grassy mulch on them until I thought it would all fall off the bed if I put any more on. Now the plants are huge, and I'm wondering if the potatoes are going to appear above the ground?

Any advice would be appreciated.
