Moles




Does anyone know of a good method of getting rid of moles?  WE have given up
on growing peanuts, and potatoes as they burrow beneath the ground and feast
on the peanuts and potatoes as soon as they come on the vines. 
The fields rats also eat their share from above the ground. We don't want to
use poison as we have 3 large dogs that wander around and through the
gardenplus anything else could get it, like birds. 
Last year our "crop"( app. 50 plants) of peanuts were completly eaten by
these little rodents. The sweet potatoes were also eaten or badly damaged. 
True we aren't growing  for this reason this year, if anyone can give me
helpful information, we'd sure like to try next year.Otherwise there is no
need to "try"!
